We capture your mood, audience, target customer, references and three 'absolutely not' examples — distilled into a one-page brief that becomes the project's north star.

Product Reference Capture
Phone photos or a couriered product, professionally photographed in our studio. Nothing is generated without verified reference — your product's true shape is sacred.

Prompt Architecture
A senior expert designs your per-product strategy: model selection, lighting language, post-process rules. It becomes your reusable Brand Prompt Pack.

Brand-Locked Generation
6–12 iterations per product, locking colour, mood and craftsmanship feel. Multiple AI models per material type; lifestyle scenes built in parallel.

Quality Control Review
Every frame passes the 14-point checklist below. AI-typical errors are caught and corrected before you ever see the work.

Delivery & Hand-off
Assets packaged in your branded folder, named to your CMS convention, with usage notes. Couriered products ship back insured.

Rush orders (24h) jump the queue — they never skip a stage. The QC step always happens.

The 14-point QC checklist.
Every asset passes all fourteen before it leaves the studio. Our QC leads can delay any order — and nobody, including the founder, can override them.
- 01Brand colours match the locked Brand Prompt Pack within tolerance (Delta-E < 3)
- 02Product shape and proportions match the reference exactly
- 03Material texture is correct — grain on wood, sheen on steel, weight on stone, warmth on clay
- 04No AI artifacts — extra fingers, distorted edges, melted geometry, double horizons
- 05No watermarks, model signatures or AI-tool tells
- 06Shadows are physically plausible and consistent across the set
- 07No recognizable human faces unless explicitly approved
- 08No real-world logos, trademarks or copyrighted props appear unintentionally
- 09Any in-image text is correctly spelled and brand-approved
- 10Resolution meets spec — min 2000×2000 hero, 1080×1920 reels
- 11File naming follows your CMS convention
- 12Video meets specified duration, format and aspect ratio
- 13Audio is licensed for commercial use and credited where required
- 14Passes the 'Would I post this for my own brand?' peer test
Three independent review layers sit behind this list: the expert's self-review, a senior peer review, and the QC lead's final sign-off. You are layer four — with revision rounds built into every engagement.
